In any service situation, at the restaurant, on the plane, at the gas station start rating those experiences by opening the Service Lover app and locate your local Service Hero.

The built-in GPS of your smartphone locates Service Providers (companies) near by and their affiliated Service Heroes.

Rate the experience to give the Service Hero recognition and digital tips – or – rate the overall experience to boost the segment score (for instance coffee houses, thai restaurants)

Service Heroes can themselves monitor their digital tips to improve their own performance, use as CV booster when applying for new exciting career opportunities.

Furthermore Service Providers can monitor their Service Heroes to see whom get the best ratings (most digital tips) and whom need the extra guidance.
